The following terms and conditions (‘T&C’) are applicable upon all members of the general public within India and are of the age of 18 years and above, who are using the Recruitment Centre (which includes website, mobile application, social media, etc. of CAL Info Training & Consultancy Private Limited and/or who are availing the recruitment services/related services (collectively hereinafter referred to as ‘Services’) of CAL Info Training & Consultancy Private Limited in India or abroad.
These T&C shall also be applicable on the “Job Seeker” (hereinafter referred to as ‘JS’) i.e., a candidate who applies for a vacancy advertised on the portal of CAL Info Training & Consultancy Private Limited viz., www.jobberx.in and/or a person who uses the portal www.jobberx.in or Recruitment Centre or any other channels described hereinabove above, for the purpose of finding/seeking employment or for learning and improving his/her chances to apply for and be selected for the right job and/or a person who has voluntarily evinced interest in having his/her own job profile by creation of a Candidate Profile on CAL Info Training & Consultancy Private Limited’s platform.
The Candidate Profile for the JS that will be created by CAL Info Training & Consultancy Private Limited, will be shared with the interested employer(s) and/or any third parties (authorized to list jobs on CAL Info Training & Consultancy Private Limited’s portal) such as “recruitment consultants”/ “recruitment partners” (collectively hereinafter referred to as ‘Clients’) who are availing the Services of CAL Info Training & Consultancy Private Limited in India or abroad. The JS and Clients of CAL Info Training & Consultancy Private Limited shall hereinafter be collectively referred to as the Users.
It is hereby clarified by CAL Info Training & Consultancy Private Limited that the Services being rendered by CAL Info Training & Consultancy Private Limited to the Users are in the nature of being recruitment/training/related services; in course of which CAL Info Training & Consultancy Private Limited is required to provide details and information of prospective candidates, including Candidate Profile to the Clients of CAL Info Training & Consultancy Private Limited, who use CAL Info Training & Consultancy Private Limited’ subscription-based services upon their specific requirements (skill/qualification based or on other parameters).
Basis the above need, CAL Info Training & Consultancy Private Limited is creating a database of Candidate Profile(using proprietary technology of CAL Info Training & Consultancy Private Limited) of JS wherein the JS voluntarily provides his/her information/details/personally identifiable data with CAL Info Training & Consultancy Private Limited for the creation of the Candidate Profile.
Terms and conditions applicable to JSs
All Candidate Profile created by CAL Info Training & Consultancy Private Limited is subject to the following terms and conditions that compulsorily are applicable upon the JS who have permitted their respective Candidate Profile to be created by CAL Info Training & Consultancy Private Limited.
We value the privacy and integrity of job seekers and employers on our website. There are some terms and conditions which are mandated to the following and it will in turn improve the quality of the platform for both employers and job seekers.
1. FOR JOB SEEKERS
- Job Seekers have to purchase a package which is non-refundable to become premium user for applying on the jobs listed on JobberX.in as it will reduce the unnecessary applications and competition for both employer and the job seeker.
- After the successful purchase of any package, you will be treated as a premium user for JobberX.in.
- We will continuously and consistently intimate the job seekers for new job updates but as a matter of fact the priority will be given to our premium users.
- We advise the JS to get all the details about the job role & Offer Letter / Confirmation Letter from the employer within 7 days of joining.
- It is the responsibility of the job seeker to have a look at terms and conditions for the job and the company he/she is applying to. JobberX.in does not hold any bindance to convey the same.
- JobberX.in is not responsible for any miscommunication from the company after joining the candidate.
- In case if the Employer terminates the job seeker within three months of joining, JobberX.in will try to provide an opportunity to job seekers based on the availability at that time.
- Job Seekers have to pay 30% of their first month salary if they are premium users i.e. they have purchased any one of the package of JobberX otherwise they have to pay 35% of their first month salary to JobberX.in
- In case a job seeker is unable to pay the amount within the due time, JobberX.in is authorised to collect the same amount from the employer from your salary cut.
- It is the responsibility of the job seeker to perform background verification of the job and employer.
- JobberX.in is not responsible for duties, working, compensation policy, work culture, leave policy of the employer. Job seekers have to verify themselves.
- JobberX.in does not hold any responsibility for harassment by the employer at the workplace. You can take the desired action for the same as per your choice.
- The payment for on site package once paid to by the job seeker is not refundable and any amount paid shall stand appropriated.
- All the credits are valid for the time frame according to the package from the date of purchase.
- This subscription is not transferable i.e. it is for the same person throughout the period of subscription.
- The job seeker of these services does not claim any copyright or other Intellectual Property Right over the data uploaded by him/her on the website.
2. FOR EMPLOYERS
- Employers can post a job to JobberX.in without any charges and purchase a plan through the business login.
- Once the job post is submitted on JobberX.in, our team will review the same & may call you regarding the verification of job post. After the verification of the job vacancy, your job post will be published and available for the jobberX audience.
- It is the duty of the employer to post the correct and authentic details at the time of job posting. If found any misleading practices, its membership to the website will be revoked immediately without any questions asked.
- Employer is required to submit the details like company profile, background, employment details, salary offered, job hours, nature of job, eligibility conditions, gender preference or any other related terms and conditions on the prescribed format or on the letter head of the company or through email from official email id with the name of contact person, so as to enable us to enable us to shortlist best candidates as per your requirements.
- We shall forward candidates to your office for the interview as per availability of the candidates; however we shall try to line up all the candidates shortlisted by you as per your convenience.
- Employer is required to give us the feedback of the candidates already interviewed by you in maximum two days time so that we can arrange the next round of interview or joining of the candidate expeditiously.
- It is the responsibility of the employer to perform background verification of the candidate. JobberX.in does not hold any liability to do the same.
- Employer has to collect the required documents of the job seeker on its own within the 7 days of joining from the candidate. JobberX.in is not liable to deliver and ask the same.
- Once the JS is selected by the employer, It is required for the employee to pay 25% of first month salary or 3000/- whichever is higher to CAL Info Training & Consultancy Private Limited within the 45 days of joining. In case the employee is unable to do so, We may ask you to deduct the amount on the behalf of the employee from his/her compensation as It is clearly communicated to the job seeker before referring him/her to the job post..
- JobberX.in does not hold any responsibility for quality, quantity, ethnicity of the work given by the employee.
- JobberX.in does not hold any responsibility for harassment by the employee at the workplace. You can take the desired action for the same as per your choice.
- JobberX.in is only a platform to attach employers and job seekers.
- In case the resumes sent by us are already in your databank or received through some other consultant, you will have to immediately intimate about the same or else for such candidates if selected you will be required to pay the placement charges as applicable.
3.DATA POLICY
"Personal information" (PI) - means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person including common identifiers such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier or one or more factors specific to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity of that natural person and any other information that is so categorized by applicable laws. We collect information about job seekers and employers and/or your usage to provide better services and offerings. The Personal Information that we collect, and how we collect it, depends upon how you interact with us. We collect the following categories of Personal Information in the following ways:
- Name, email address, password, country, city, contact number and company/organization that you are associated with, when the you sign up for alerts on the Platform;
- Information that one would usually include in a resume, including name, contact details including email address and mobile number, work experience, educational qualifications, data relating to your current and past remuneration or salary, a copy of your resume, etc. when you register on the Platform;
- Information about the services that you use and how you use them, including log information and location information, when you are a user of the services through the Platform;
- We may collect your Personal Information such as name, age, contact details, preferences, etc. through surveys and forms, when you choose to participate in these surveys etc.;
- We may also collect information relating to your caste and information about whether you are eligible for any affirmative action programmes or policies, if you opt to provide such information;
- When you communicate with JobberX.in or use the Platform to communicate with other Users (such as partners), we collect information about your communication and any information you choose to provide;
- When you visit the Platform, we use cookies to automatically collect, store and use technical information about your system and interaction with our Platform;
- When you use a device to access the Platform, JobberX.in may collect technical or other related information from the device as well as the device location;
- To the extent permitted by law, JobberX.in may record and monitor your communications with us to ensure compliance with our legal and regulatory obligations and our internal policies. This may include the recording of telephone conversations;
- If you choose to sign in with your social media account to access the Platform, or otherwise connect your social media account with the services of the Platform, you consent to our collection, storage, and use, in accordance with this Privacy Policy, of the information that you make available to us through the social media interface. Please see your social media provider's privacy policy and help centre for more information about how they share information when you choose to connect your account.
We will only use your personal data in a fair and reasonable manner, and where we have a lawful reason to do so. Our use of your personal data depends on the purpose for which you interact with us. We may process your Personal Information for the following purposes:
- Providing our services and products to you including to send you job alerts, calendar alerts, relevant search results, recommended jobs and/or candidates (as the case maybe), and other social media communication facilities.
- Protecting our Users and providing you with customer support.
- We use information collected from cookies and other technologies, to improve your user experience and the overall quality of our services. When showing you tailored ads, we will not associate an identifier from cookies or similar technologies with sensitive categories, such as those based on race, religion, sexual orientation or health.
- Improving the Platform and its content to provide better features and services.
- Conducting market research and surveys with the aim of improving our products and services.
- Sending you information about our products and services for marketing purposes and promotions;
- Preventing, detecting, investigating and taking action against crimes (including but not limited to fraud and other financial crimes), any other illegal activities, suspected fraud, or violations of IEIL’s Terms of Use in any jurisdiction
- To the extent required for identity verification, government sanctions screening and due diligence checks.
- Establishing, exercising or defending legal rights in connection with legal proceedings (including any prospective legal proceedings) and seeking professional or legal advice in relation to such legal proceedings.
Voluntary Disclosure: The JS confirms, agrees and acknowledges that he/she is providing their information/details/personally identifiable data with CAL Info Training & Consultancy Private Limited for the creation of the Candidate Profile voluntarily. The JS also confirms and acknowledges that they have been disclosed for the purpose of the submission of the information/data and accordingly agree/consent to the terms and conditions applicable upon the JS as stipulated by CAL Info Training & Consultancy Private Limited from time to time.
The veracity of Information: The JS hereby confirms, agrees and acknowledges that he/she has provided true and correct information/details/personally identifiable data to CAL Info Training & Consultancy Private Limited for the creation of their Candidate Profile™. JS acknowledges that the information/ data is provided by the JS to CAL Info Training & Consultancy Private Limited is correct, complete and updated in all respects at all times and does not contain any false, distorted, manipulated, fraudulent or misleading facts or averments. CAL Info Training & Consultancy Private Limited will not be liable for any misrepresentation/incorrect facts, etc. that are provided by the JS and each JS shall be entirely responsible & liable for the veracity of the information shared with CAL Info Training & Consultancy Private Limited for the creation of the Candidate Profile™. JS acknowledges the fact that CAL Info Training & Consultancy Private Limited will reply upon the information/data provided (by the JSs to CAL Info Training & Consultancy Private Limited) and accordingly share the information of the JS(s) with interested 3rd parties/clients. The JS(s) agree(s) to bear the sole risk and responsibility for the information provided including the veracity and accuracy thereof and also agree(s) to indemnify CAL Info Training & Consultancy Private Limited for all losses incurred by CAL Info Training & Consultancy Private Limited due to any false, distorted, manipulated, fraudulent or misleading facts given by JS(s) to CAL Info Training & Consultancy Private Limited.
Continuing acceptance of terms and conditions: The JS acknowledges that by sharing his/her information/data or responding to any marketing communications of CAL Info Training & Consultancy Private Limited or by creation of Candidate Profile(regardless of the level of completion); he/she has voluntarily accepted the terms and conditions applicable upon the JS from time to time including future version thereof, for which CAL Info Training & Consultancy Private Limited will not be responsible or liable (in any manner) to intimate the JS of the changes in the terms and conditions (at any point in time).
Packages: One of these three packages can be used by JS. The option and timing of job application is different in all the three packages. Please use only one of them. All packages have different benefits.
Waiver of Rights: The JS hereby confirms that by creation of the Candidate Profile, the JS has granted the right to CAL Info Training & Consultancy Private Limited (to the exclusion / waiver of the individual JS’s rights) to (i) provide/share the information of the JS to/with the prospective employers/interested third party recruiter(s)/consultant(s) on a repeated basis based on job opportunities and requirements to keep Candidate Profile current and usable, without seeking JS’s consent each time, (ii) make calls/send SMS’s to the JS pursuant which shall not constitute unsolicited commercial communications/calls/SMS under the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) regulations and/or any such applicable law, (iii) send e-mails to the JS pursuant to any job-related information or otherwise (iv) use the information of the Candidate Profilefor offering value-added services to the JS as well as related marketing/business activities determined by CAL Info Training & Consultancy Private Limited at its sole discretion, (v) share information of any/all JS with 3rd parties for purposes including but not limited to background, skill development courses to JS, etc.
By the creation of the Candidate Profile, the JS hereby also agrees and acknowledges that he/she may also receive e-mails and/or SMS’s from prospective employers and/or recruiters/consultants for any recruitment related tasks/queries including, updating of profiles.
Grant of Permission: By the creation of the Candidate Profile™, the JS confirms that CAL Info Training & Consultancy Private Limited has the right to assess JS(s) eligibility/fitness for any particular job(s) based on CAL Info Training & Consultancy Private Limited’ proprietary tools. Further, basis such assessment, CAL Info Training & Consultancy Private Limited has the right to infer capabilities and skills of the JS(s) vis-a-vis score the JS(s) for a fit as regards any particular job(s) on a best effort basis. The JS(s) shall at no time have any right to question and/or dispute the manner & methodology of CAL Info Training & Consultancy Private Limited in this regard. CAL Info Training & Consultancy Private Limited also has the right to revise/adjust scores based on CAL Info Training & Consultancy Private Limited’ internal methodology which would be based on the background, skills, preferences and other related information disclosed by the JS(s). For illustration, a JS could face a revision of scores due to “no shows” for interviews or incorrect information given in the preparation of the Candidate Profile™. The JS(s) unequivocally agree to the manner/method for the scoring adopted by CAL Info Training & Consultancy Private Limited without any protest/dispute towards the same. JS will not hold CAL Info Training & Consultancy Private Limited liable for any such assessment and/or consequent score provided to the client of CAL Info Training & Consultancy Private Limited/ the prospective employer by CAL Info Training & Consultancy Private Limited.
Notwithstanding to what has been agreed under these T&C’s, inability of CAL Info Training & Consultancy Private Limited to provide suitable job opportunities to JS, shall not be considered as deficiency of service under any circumstances, at any point of time.
Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability: The JS understand(s) and acknowledge(s) that creation of Candidate Profile or any such assessment by CAL Info Training & Consultancy Private Limited of JS does not constitute an “interview” for any employment opportunities nor does the Candidate Profileassure/guarantee/promise (in any manner whatsoever) prospective employment to each/any JS. JS also understand(s) and acknowledge(s) that while offering such Services, CAL Info Training & Consultancy Private Limited is merely acting as an intermediary/facilitator between the JS and the Client of CAL Info Training & Consultancy Private Limited/ prospective employer. By doing so, CAL Info Training & Consultancy Private Limited cannot assure/guarantee the JS of any assured employment or any other aspect with regards the prospective employment including but not limited to the description of employment, designation, the grant of benefits, quality work environment, etc. No JS shall hold CAL Info Training & Consultancy Private Limited responsible and/or liable in the event JS is not shortlisted for and/or fails to receive any employment opportunities and/or any response/satisfactory response from any prospective employer, pursuant to availing the recruitment services of CAL Info Training & Consultancy Private Limited. No JS can hold CAL Info Training & Consultancy Private Limited responsible for any actions/omissions that may occur inadvertently and/or due to human error and/or on the part of any prospective employer(s).
Skill Marketplace: JS understand(s) that some course provider(s)/institutes (as Clients of CAL Info Training & Consultancy Private Limited) may also be listing their courses on Recruitment Center of CAL Info Training & Consultancy Private Limited, which may come up with “job guarantee”. The course provider(s) /institutes shall provide details/specifications as regards placements/ “job guarantee” (if applicable). In doing so/while offering such services, CAL Info Training & Consultancy Private Limited shall only act as a facilitator inviting JS who evince interest in the courses being listed/offered by the course provider(s)/institutes. Any interested JS shall directly approach and deal with the respective course provider regarding any fees, courses offered, timelines, placements, employment opportunities, etc. JS agrees that CAL Info Training & Consultancy Private Limited is not endorsing any courses or any course provider and shall not be involved in any arrangement of the JS with the course provider under any circumstances. The JS agrees that courses offered would be subject to a private contract privy only to the JS and the course provider. CAL Info Training & Consultancy Private Limited shall not entertain/address any of JS’s grievances/claim(s), which may emerge from any arrangement that the JS may have with the course provider(s)/institutes. CAL Info Training & Consultancy Private Limited makes no representation or warranty as regards placement/prospective employment of any JS, who opts and completes any course of the course provider. No JS shall hold CAL Info Training & Consultancy Private Limited responsible and/or liable in the event JS fails to receive any employment opportunities/suitable employment opportunity, pursuant to completion of any of the courses of the course provider.
CAL Info Training & Consultancy Private Limited does not take any responsibility for any security bonds (if) demanded by the Employer(s) from the JS(s) at the time of confirmation of employment. However, it is being clarified that CAL Info Training & Consultancy Private Limited does not encourage such practices by the Employer(s). For purposes herein, CAL Info Training & Consultancy Private Limited does not have any role in the dealing(s)/arrangement(s) between the Employer(s) and JS(s).
Continued Applicability: By the creation of the Candidate Profile™, the JS confirms that CAL Info Training & Consultancy Private Limited will keep and regard the Candidate Profile™(s) to continue within the CAL Info Training & Consultancy Private Limited database until the particular JS contacts CAL Info Training & Consultancy Private Limited for the removal of the Candidate Profile™. Furthermore, CAL Info Training & Consultancy Private Limited is not under any obligation to validate, update or revalidate the contents of the Candidate Profile of any JS and it is the obligation of the JS to voluntarily update his/her Candidate Profile with CAL Info Training & Consultancy Private Limited. Also, these terms and conditions (as applicable from time to time) continue to be applicable to JS until such time that the JS contacts CAL Info Training & Consultancy Private Limited for the removal of the Candidate Profile. The JS, by getting the Candidate Profile done through CAL Info Training & Consultancy Private Limited, also agrees that the Candidate Profile forms a part of CAL Info Training & Consultancy Private Limited’ proprietary database which can be shared with CAL Info Training & Consultancy Private Limited’ prospective clients including any employers at any point of time. CAL Info Training & Consultancy Private Limited cannot be held liable for sharing of any data with clients or other unrelated 3rd parties if the JS does not voluntarily remove their Candidate Profile from CAL Info Training & Consultancy Private Limited’ proprietary database.
Opt-out: In case JS intends to remove his/her Candidate Profile from CAL Info Training & Consultancy Private Limited database and/or does not want the same to be shared with any particular section of Clients of CAL Info Training & Consultancy Private Limited and/or wants to discontinue use of services of CAL Info Training & Consultancy Private Limited, then JS shall be required to give reasonable prior notice to that effect in writing to CAL Info Training & Consultancy Private Limited.
No Claim: The package selected by the JS is obliged to pay the price of that package and the JS can apply for as many jobs as the prescribed job application for the package at the same time. There will be no refund of any fees paid by the JS on the job portal (jobberx.in). Neither can a JS claim CAL Info Training & Consultancy Private Limited for a package fee as they are chosen by them.
Dispute Resolution and Jurisdiction: All disputes/differences of any JS with regards CAL Info Training & Consultancy Private Limited and/or the Services, shall be subject to the laws of the Republic of India and the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Kurukshetra (Haryana) only.
Terms and conditions applicable to employers/consultants/recruiters (“Clients”)
All ‘Employer Online Access’ (EOA) product features created by CAL Info Training & Consultancy Private Limited are subject to the following terms and conditions that compulsorily are applicable upon the Clients who have or are proposing to register with the EOA Product(s) of CAL Info Training & Consultancy Private Limited
Notwithstanding the other defined terms already applicable in the T&C or elsewhere in Terms of Use or Privacy Policy of CAL Info Training & Consultancy Private Limited; specifically for this section (EOA), the following definitions would be applicable.
Definitions: In these conditions, the following words and phrases shall have the following meanings unless the context requires otherwise:
Campaign/Job: Any job listing issued by CAL Info Training & Consultancy Private Limited through it’s portal/website/Recruitment Centre, viz, www.jobberx.in and CAL Info Training & Consultancy Private Limited’ mobile application, on behalf of the Client.
“Job Seeker” /‘JS’ i.e., a candidate who applies for a vacancy advertised on the portal of CAL Info Training & Consultancy Private Limited viz., www.jobberx.in and/or a person who uses the portal www.jobberx.in or Recruitment Centre or any other channels described hereinabove above, for the purpose of finding/seeking employment or for learning and improving his/her chances to apply for and be selected for the right job and/or a person who has voluntarily evinced interest in having his/her own job profile by creation of a Candidate Profile on CAL Info Training & Consultancy Private Limited’s platform or any person whose profiles are sourced/uploaded/shared by any recruiter/consultant who has profiles of such persons, which he/she is uploading so that those persons become job seekers.
Dashboard: Platform to track the job application for the Client.
Subscriber/Client: The person(s) who have signed a Service Agreement for use of the Services of the CAL Info Training & Consultancy Private Limited and includes an employer/recruiter/consultant.
Candidate Profile™: Visual display of resume capturing skills, preference, and intent of the Job Seeker
Services: The Services which CAL Info Training & Consultancy Private Limited has agreed to provide to the Client and the Services which are available on the portal/website/Recruitment Centre of the CAL Info Training & Consultancy Private Limited for use by the JS(s) including service to the JS wishing to post a resume or curriculum vitae for the purpose of seeking employment. Also, Services would include service to the User who wishes to receive advertisements and promotional messages on the portal/website/Recruitment Centre of CAL Info Training & Consultancy Private Limited viz., www.jobberx.in and through emails.
Products: CAL Info Training & Consultancy Private Limited is a platform for managing, screening and sourcing profiles. There are 2 key offerings for anyone looking to hire using CAL Info Training & Consultancy Private Limited’ platform.
The Products of CAL Info Training & Consultancy Private Limited are broadly categorized in two parts: (a) SmartScreen (an online access product) available for the employer(s)/ recruiter(s)/consultant(s) and such other third parties, and (b) SmartHire.
Under SmartScreen, the employer(s)/ recruiter(s)/consultant(s) and such other third parties, can post a job(s) and set the required custom screening criteria. CAL Info Training & Consultancy Private Limited’ matching algorithms will instantly share profiles that match the requirement of the employer(s)/ recruiter(s)/consultant(s) and such other third parties. The said profiles are sourced from profiles uploaded by the user (being the Client) itself, profiles uploaded and shared by other users and profiles owned by CAL Info Training & Consultancy Private Limited. If the user wants access to contact details for a profile owned by CAL Info Training & Consultancy Private Limited or for a profile uploaded and shared by other users, the said user shall have to pay and unlock the required profile.
Under SmartHire, the employer(s) share their requirement with CAL Info Training & Consultancy Private Limited instead of managing multiple consultants (s). CAL Info Training & Consultancy Private Limited will share the requirement with its network of consultant(s), making sure that consultant(s) are sharing the right kind of profiles. CAL Info Training & Consultancy Private Limited will be invoicing the employer(s) on every success and in consideration of consultant(s) business development efforts, the consultant(s) will receive payment/revenue share from CAL Info Training & Consultancy Private Limited for every success.
The Product details along with features and price structure are more specifically detailed under the employer section of the CAL Info Training & Consultancy Private Limited portal, which may be amended/ removed by CAL Info Training & Consultancy Private Limited at its sole discretion. The Products available on the site/portal/Recruitment Centre of CAL Info Training & Consultancy Private Limited can be availed by the Client(s) in combinations or individually.
User: Is either a JS or an employer or consultant or recruitment agency or any other person/entity who avails/subscribes to /of any Service of the CAL Info Training & Consultancy Private Limited, whether or not registered on the portal of the CAL Info Training & Consultancy Private Limited and includes his/her successors and permitted assigns.
Registration Form: Form required to be filled/completed/accepted by the User for use of Services under the Campaign.
Agreement: shall mean and include the completed application form (available on CAL Info Training & Consultancy Private Limited portal), its attachment(s) and the terms and conditions stated herein, duly completed/executed/accepted by the User. It shall be deemed to have been executed in Kurukshetra.
Service Agreement: The arrangement/ agreement executed by the CAL Info Training & Consultancy Private Limited with the Client(s).

Date of Commencement: is the date of registration indicating the acceptance of the Terms & Conditions by the User of the Service.
Date of Termination: is the date of expiry of the Agreement communicated by CAL Info Training & Consultancy Private Limited through a notice or/and letter of termination.
Registration Data: Is the database of all the particulars and information supplied by the User on initial application and subscription, including but without limiting to the User’s name, telephone number, mailing address, account, and email address.
Terms applicable for Job listing on the job search section(s) of CAL Info Training & Consultancy Private Limited
- CAL Info Training & Consultancy Private Limited shall place the information relating to vacancies in the job search sections of CAL Info Training & Consultancy Private Limited viz., jobberx.in or such other mirror or parallel site(s) or in allied publications as CAL Info Training & Consultancy Private Limited may deem fit and proper but such additional web hosting shall be without any extra cost to the subscriber / Client. The detailed features and functionality of the job listing solutions are available on the employer section of CAL Info Training & Consultancy Private Limited site/portal, links of which are shared hereinabove.
- The insertion is so displayed in the job search section of CAL Info Training & Consultancy Private Limited /jobberx.in shall be for a period (currently maximum 30 days, depending upon the Product(s) category), which period is subject to change without notice. Every instance of reposting of existing listing entitles the Client to an additional period (currently maximum 30 days, as per the Product(s)) starting from the date on which the listing is reposted and shall be counted as fresh posting; however prevailing reposting charges will apply.
- CAL Info Training & Consultancy Private Limited reserves its right to reject any insertion or information/data provided by the Subscriber/Client without assigning any reason either before uploading or after uploading the vacancy details, but in such an eventuality, any amount so paid for, maybe refunded to the Subscriber/Client on a pro-rata basis at the sole discretion of CAL Info Training & Consultancy Private Limited.
- By posting/uploading a job on the portal/website/Recruitment Centre, Client confirm that they have obtained all licenses/permits as are necessary for the purposes of recruitment and accordingly, Client agrees to indemnify CAL Info Training & Consultancy Private Limited against all claims, damages arising out of actions/claims that may be made/brought against CAL Info Training & Consultancy Private Limited in relation to the same.
- CAL Info Training & Consultancy Private Limited has the right to make modifications/edits to the vacancy details, as it may deem fit, in order to fit the same to its database.
- All information provided by the Client and displayed by CAL Info Training & Consultancy Private Limited becomes public knowledge and CAL Info Training & Consultancy Private Limited may at its sole discretion include the vacancy provided by a subscriber for display on the portal of CAL Info Training & Consultancy Private Limited viz., jobberx.in in any other media including the print media at no extra costs to the subscriber. It is clarified that CAL Info Training & Consultancy Private Limited shall not be held liable for usage/publicity of such information.
- CAL Info Training & Consultancy Private Limited offers no guarantee/warranty that the Client would receive any response/ satisfactory response once the job is put on display.
- CAL Info Training & Consultancy Private Limited shall in no way be held liable for any information received by the recruiter/employer and it shall be the sole responsibility of the subscriber to check, authenticate and verify the information/response received at its own cost and expense. CAL Info Training & Consultancy Private Limited shall be under no obligation to validate, update or revalidate the contents of the Candidate Profile of any JS and/or the contents of any profiles sourced from profiles uploaded by the user itself or any other user.
- CAL Info Training & Consultancy Private Limited would not be held liable for any loss of data, technical or otherwise, information, particulars supplied by the Subscriber, due to reasons beyond its control like corruption of data or delay or failure to perform as a result of any causes or conditions that are beyond CAL Info Training & Consultancy Private Limited’s reasonable control including but not limited to strike, riots, civil unrest, Govt. policies, tampering of data by unauthorized persons like hackers, war and natural calamities.
- CAL Info Training & Consultancy Private Limited will commence providing Services only upon receipt of the requisite amount/charges/fees upfront either from the Subscriber/Client or from an authorized third party on behalf of the Subscriber/Client.
- The Client shall be deemed to have given an undertaking to CAL Info Training & Consultancy Private Limited that the jobs sought to be advertised on the job search section of CAL Info Training & Consultancy Private Limited viz., jobberx.in are in existence, are genuine and that the Subscriber/Client has the authority to advertise such jobs.
- The Subscriber/Client must give an undertaking to CAL Info Training & Consultancy Private Limited that there will be no fee charged from any person who responds to jobs advertised on the job search section of CAL Info Training & Consultancy Private Limited viz., jobberx.in for processing of applications/responses from such person.
- CAL Info Training & Consultancy Private Limited reserves its right to change the look, feel, design, prominence, depiction, classification of the job search section of CAL Info Training & Consultancy Private Limited.com at any time without assigning any reason and without giving any notice.
- The Client/Subscriber shall be assigned password (s) by CAL Info Training & Consultancy Private Limited to enable the Client/Subscriber to post vacancies on the portal of CAL Info Training & Consultancy Private Limited in agreed-upon section(s), but the sole responsibility of the safe custody of the password shall be that of the Client and CAL Info Training & Consultancy Private Limited shall under no circumstances be responsible for data loss/theft of data/corruption of data or the wrong usage/misuse of the password and/or any damage and/or leak of information and its consequential usage by a third party. CAL Info Training & Consultancy Private Limited undertakes to take all reasonable precautions at its end to ensure that there is no leakage/misuse of the password granted to the subscriber by CAL Info Training & Consultancy Private Limited.
- The User of the Services does not claim any copyright or other intellectual property rights (s) over the data uploaded by him/her on the website of CAL Info Training & Consultancy Private Limited.
- Further, CAL Info Training & Consultancy Private Limited shall not be responsible for any failure on the part of JS to furnish any security bonds and/or for any breach of employment terms/policy of the Client.
- CAL Info Training & Consultancy Private Limited may, in its sole discretion update the changes made to JS application status by the employer/recruiter/consultant.
The present terms and conditions would be governed by the laws of India and all disputes arising out of the transactions between the Client and CAL Info Training & Consultancy Private Limited will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts situated in Delhi alone.
To enable the SmartScreen and SmartHire plans, there are certain actions that an employer/consultant/recruiter can take on CAL Info Training & Consultancy Private Limited’ platform, these include:
- Upload profile data in the form of CVs or excel
- A profile can be uploaded either in ‘private’ mode or ‘shared’ mode. If a profile is uploaded as a private profile, only the owner of the profile/Client will have access to the profile information. This profile will not be suggested to other Client(s) if it matches their job requirement(s). CAL Info Training & Consultancy Private Limited will not be sending any jobs to a profile in case it’s private. However, if the owner of a private profile invites the candidate online to provide details for a job, in that case owner may be able to see all available jobs. Also, in case the candidate chooses to search for other available opportunities on CAL Info Training & Consultancy Private Limited, he/she will be allowed to do so. In case the candidate applies for a job posted by another employer, a public version of a profile will automatically be created for the said JS.
- A profile uploaded in shared mode will be suggested to other Client(s) in case it matches their requirements. A shared profile will also receive job recommendations from CAL Info Training & Consultancy Private Limited and will be prompted to apply for other jobs if the JS logs-in to CAL Info Training & Consultancy Private Limited.
- The same profile could be uploaded as shared and private by different Client(s). If a shared instance exists for a profile, CAL Info Training & Consultancy Private Limited will treat that profile as a shared profile and will be sharing relevant job opportunities with the candidate.
- Different versions of the profile can be uploaded by different Client(s) and they will be stored separately. However, if the JS logs in to review and update his/her profile, that version will be considered as the master profile and all other instances of the profile will get updated with this information.
- Send e-mails/SMS to JSs. Employer(s) can send templated communication to JSs to complete actions like applying for a job, updating profile information and uploading their resume, etc. Employer(s) will be able to track if the JS opened the e-mail or not, or if the JS has completed the desired action or not. All of these communications will be sent out on behalf of the employer and will be triggered by the employer; however, the sender ID will be CAL Info Training & Consultancy Private Limited.

- Rate profiles and record feedback
- Submit the profiles with the client and receive feedback i.e. Accept or Reject
