Job Overview

Job Description:

• Oversee all aspects of the services we offer, ensuring that the process runs smoothly.
• To counsel clients about student visa process & requirements of countries like Europe, New Zealand, Australia, Canada, UK, USA
• Explain students about colleges and different courses with embassy fee structure
• Convince and retain the customer in an effective manner.
• Business opportunities identification by identifying potential prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.
• Building and maintaining relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
• Counselling clients on immigration process and other employment-related issues and determining their interest, aptitude and abilities.
• Hold counseling session through email, telephone or face-to face counseling.
• Providing regular follow ups on inquiries received and assistance for rehabilitation, settlement and technical evaluation of clients for the appropriate countries.
• Helping clients in career planning.
• Maintain the database for the clients interested in immigration (leads contacted, follow-up, requirements of the lead, etc.).
• Chasing targets as per the terms & conditions of your employment.
